estimation ltd is a quantity surveying practice which was established in 2000.

estimation ltd have the capacity to undertake large, complex and challenging projects due to the expertise and proficiency of our team members.

our capabilities extend from the more classical roles of quantity surveying, such as measurement, cost planning, pricing and post contract administration; through to auditing, project management, programming consultancy, facility management, litigation support, expert witness consultancy and dispute resolution.

our team members are current members of the new zealand institute of quantity surveyors, IRHACENZ, and other professional associations.
